Deposit

To confirm your booking, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel your event at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. To cancel, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Balance Payment: The balance of your payment must be settled 14 days before your event. This ensures that all arrangements can be finalized in time for your special day. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 14 Days Prior: If you need to cancel your event for any reason, doing so at least 14 days before the event date will ensure that your deposit is refunded.
  • Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as this does not provide us sufficient time to rebook the date.

Inclement Weather Cancellations: We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the case of inclement weather leading to the cancellation of your event, you will be offered a rain check to reschedule within 3 months. This policy is designed to ensure that you don’t miss out on your event due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Please note, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be applied to your rescheduled event.
